Our founder and CEO is Ella Webster.  Ella is a 12-year United States Air Force veteran and is proud to have served her country both locally and abroad.  Our brokerage is based out of Houston, Texas, however, we service families throughout the United States with our life insurance, wealth accumulation and retirement planning products. 

 

Ella’s passion and the driving force for AFLP’s mission stems from her finding herself in the unfortunate position of needing to purchase life insurance and not knowing what she needed.  She didn’t know how to decide which of the many products available would be right for she and her young family.  As a single mother with two children who depended on her financially, this was very scary. 

 

Ella decided to educate herself.  She quickly realized that this lack of knowledge was hurting not only her family, but many of middle America’s families.  Many are unprepared for the financial aftermath that the untimely passing of their provider who did not have income protection brings.  Families are experiencing serious financial hardship, and other financial institutions aren’t really helping them!  A crusade was birthed… Inform and serve those who are being overlooked and underserved!
